Cliff Davis is a busy professional based in Tampa, FL. In addition to a full work schedule, he has four children and an active social life.   • Mental health - Exercise can play a significant role in your mental health. The brain releases serotonin during exercise, which improves overall mood. Mental health professionals often recommend exercise for those struggling with anxiety and depression. Having a positive attitude helps you stay productive.



Consider implementing a regular exercise routine into your life. Not only will it increase productivity, but it can have positive effects that reach into all areas of your life. It is difficult to perform at your best when your body is not in shape to handle the requirements of a full life.
